Kabul police chief says no more policemen in plain clothes have the right to stand at checkpoints. Kabul police chief Wali Jan Hamza said no policeman has the right to stand in a checkpoint after the distribution of uniforms. He was speaking when the distribution of new police uniforms in Kabul has recently begun and it is said that the process will be extended to other provinces. But so far in Kabul, the police are still in plain clothes.
